Remove legacy keycodes, part 2 (#18660)
* `KC_SYSREQ` -> `KC_SYRQ`

And one `KC_ALT_ERASE` -> `KC_ERAS`

* `KC_NONUS_BSLASH` -> `KC_NUBS`

* `KC_NUMLOCK` -> `KC_NUM`

* `KC_CLCK` -> `KC_CAPS`

* `KC_SCROLLLOCK` -> `KC_SCRL`

* `KC_LBRACKET` -> `KC_LBRC`

* `KC_RBRACKET` -> `KC_RBRC`

* `KC_CAPSLOCK` -> `KC_CAPS`

Budget96

A budget-oriented 96 key atmega32a keyboard. Runs ps2avrgb by default.

Make example for this keyboard (after setting up your build environment):

make donutcables/budget96:default

Flashing example for this keyboard (after setting up the bootloadHID flashing environment)

make donutcables/budget96:default:flash

Reset Key: Hold down the key located at K00, commonly programmed as left control while plugging in the keyboard.
