* fix case-sensitivity issues on MIDI_ENABLE
Change instances of `MIDI_ENABLE = YES` to `MIDI_ENABLE = yes`.

Replace `# MIDI controls` with `# MIDI support` in keyboard-level `rules.mk` files.
