Leon Anavi 6ef20ee042 boards/anavi/knobs3/code.py: Enable RGB

Enable RGB/Underglow/NeoPixel for the built-in NEOPIXEL LED on
Seeed XIAO RP2040. By default set it 25% brightness with rainbow
animation.

ANAVI Knobs 3

ANAVI Knobs 3 is an open source, programmable mechanical keyboard with 3 rotary encoders and Seeed XIAO RP2040.

ANAVI Knobs 3 is open source hardware designed with KiCad. All KiCad files and schematics are available at GitHub under Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International (CC BY-SA 4.0).
