add backtick quotes for code snippets

* Added for keycodes, pin numbers, and code snippets. Mostly in tables.
* Enhance documentation readability
* Make automated spell checking easier - aspell automatically ignores these snippets
* fix invalid markdown table in mouse_keys.md
